I can't tell you how many hours I've spent walking along this river. As the child of a professional landscape artist, and with this picturesque river within a short distance, it became the venue of regular family outings during my younger years. I now live within walking distance and I know every inch of it!

This for me is very much a return to my painting roots. I mastered the craft of painting landscapes with scenes such as this and I'd like to show you how to do it. It's not as complicated as it looks and it's suitable for all levels. I enjoyed painting it. I hope you do too!
