This scene was captured during a family holiday to the Lake District National Park in 2020. It often takes some cajoling to motivate our three children to undertake a long hike like this but the views across the valley made the three hour outing more than worthwhile! The landscape is spectacular! I love the range of colours in this painting and the level of detail.
