Stormy Lake - Intermediate Level 1
There are certain scenes which really stand out to me. The colours and the lighting in this scene are beautiful, the stark contrast of the storm clouds opening up to allow the sun to shine through, casting a bright, sunny foreground against a dark, moody sky is spectacular.
Despite it’s simplicity, the colours and levels in this scene make this very interesting. In this lesson I show you how to achieve the soft colour transitions that you can see in the sky and water, and in contrast to that, the sharp elements of the grasses and lily pads in the foreground.
This is a very rewarding lesson, you will take away some valuable techniques which you can carry on to further tutorials.
